Your task:
You will support the analysis of customer requirements and the creation of solution concepts in the IT area You will carry out tests and troubleshooting and thus support quality assurance You will train our customers in the use of the implemented IT solutions You will also be involved in the creation of documentation, reports and presentations By working closely with our internal team and our customers, you will ensure that our project results achieve their goals.
